1. Main Machine Body
The main machine body consists primarily of a base, a bed, a movable sliding table, a headstock, an upper pressing device, a side pressing device, and a row-type tool magazine. 2. Cooling System
The drill bit is cooled using an aerosol cooling method, achieved through the combined application of compressed air and cooling water. A flexible nozzle is installed on the headstock, allowing convenient adjustment of the spray position, thereby ensuring continuous cooling of the drill bit during operation.
3. Lubrication System
This system employs a hybrid configuration combining centralized and manual lubrication. A centralized lubrication unit delivers regular, metered lubrication to designated linear guides and lead screws, while all other lubrication points are serviced manually.
