1. The control system is integrated with the 828D CNC system, paired with servo motor-driven feeding mechanisms. This configuration guarantees superior operational efficiency while ensuring consistent precision throughout the processing of workpieces.
2. A servo-driven central alignment device is mounted on the feeding support roller, enabling it to efficiently process plates with varying cross-sectional profiles and accommodate height variations ranging from 0 to 200mm.
3. The system is engineered to support up to 25 molds of varying diameters, featuring a rapid and intuitive mold installation process.
4. The loading, punching, and unloading of plates are entirely automated, drastically reducing labor demands and optimizing operational efficiency.
5. Waste materials are automatically ejected and collected, ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow.
6. The automated programming software allows for the direct import of graphics from AUTOCAD or .DXF files created by other CAD software. Featuring an intuitive human-machine interface, it enables the automatic generation of machine tool processing programs, thereby reducing time expenditure and minimizing the risk of errors.
