6. The cold-forming function is capable of processing angle steel sections up to L100 × L100 × 10 mm, with a maximum allowable bending angle of 5 degrees, ensuring controlled deformation and consistent forming accuracy.
7. Under standard operating conditions, the cold-pressing cycle requires approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, while thermal forming generally takes approximately 120 seconds per component, depending on material specifications and workpiece dimensions. Thermal bending begins when the workpiece reaches approximately 800°C under red-hot conditions, with optimized process parameters determined according to material properties and required forming accuracy.
8. During thermal forming, the operator only needs to input the required processing parameters and initiate the automatic cycle through the control button or foot pedal switch. The system then automatically executes the complete programmed sequence, including feeding the workpiece into the heating area, performing induction heating, automatically retracting the heating unit, carrying out hydraulic clamping and pressing, lifting the ram, and discharging the finished component.
9. During combined thermal-forming and cold-pressing operations, the production cycle can be initiated immediately after the required process parameters are entered. After forming is completed, the hydraulic ram does not need to return fully to its original position. Instead, the lower pressing die automatically rises to create a 100 mm clearance, allowing convenient removal of the finished workpiece. This optimized operating sequence effectively reduces cycle time and further improves overall production efficiency.
These test samples, manufactured using the angle steel punching, cutting, and marking equipment, comply with the standard specifications and processing parameters commonly applied in the angle steel tower manufacturing industry. They provide users with a direct and practical basis for evaluating the machine's processing quality, dimensional precision, and workmanship—key performance indicators that demonstrate the equipment's capability to meet the demanding production requirements of angle steel tower fabrication.
