A self-developed system with core capabilities of deep welding process integration. The system imports 3D models and utilizes vision technology to precisely locate all structural weld seams. Based on the actual contour s in the model, it automatically generates welding programs.
The software is deployed on a PC system, which can be placed anywhere. Through wireless routing, remote control is enabled - allowing direct operation of field equipment from office locations for welding tasks.
