Under standard operating conditions, the cold-pressing cycle takes approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, while thermal forming generally requires approximately 120 seconds per component, depending on material specifications and workpiece dimensions. Thermal bending commences when the workpiece reaches a temperature of approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with optimized processing parameters established according to material characteristics and the required bending precision.
8. During thermal forming operations, the operator only needs to enter the required processing parameters and initiate the automatic cycle using the control button or foot pedal switch. The system then automatically completes the entire programmed sequence, including feeding the workpiece into the heating zone, performing induction heating, automatically retracting the heating unit, carrying out hydraulic clamping and pressing, lifting the ram, and discharging the completed component.
9. In integrated thermal-forming and cold-pressing operation, the production cycle can commence immediately after the required process parameters have been entered. Following forming, the hydraulic ram does not need to return completely to its initial position. Instead, the lower pressing die automatically rises to establish a 100 mm clearance, allowing the finished workpiece to be removed conveniently. This optimized operating sequence effectively shortens the production cycle and further enhances overall manufacturing efficiency.
