Application:
The CNC Gantry Plate Drilling and Milling Machine is specifically developed for high-precision machining of tube sheets, flanges, bearing plates, heat exchanger components, and a wide range of plate-type workpieces used in petrochemical processing, nuclear power generation, wind energy, boiler manufacturing, and structural steel fabrication. The machine supports high-speed carbide drilling with through-spindle coolant, as well as high-speed twist drilling with external coolant. The equipment is primarily composed of a robust machine bed, longitudinal slide mechanism, gantry frame, transverse slide unit, vertical feed system, drilling and milling spindle head, worktable, coolant circulation system, automatic chip conveying system, centralized lubrication system, pneumatic assembly, electrical control cabinet, and other auxiliary modules. 2. The servo-controlled sliding spindle head combines multiple machining capabilities, including drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, and groove milling. The spindle adopts a high-precision BT50 internal-cooling spindle manufactured in Taiwan and is equipped with an automatic tool clamping mechanism based on disc spring technology.
