Machine Structure:
The machine adopts a robust cast-iron bed construction, primarily consisting of a worktable, traveling gantry, movable slide saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication system, protective enclosure, recirculating coolant system, CNC control system, and electrical control system. The machine utilizes precision linear rolling guideways for support and guidance, together with high-precision ball screw transmission systems, ensuring superior positioning accuracy and excellent repeatability throughout the machining process.
1. Workbench:
The worktable is manufactured from premium-grade gray cast iron (HT250) and undergoes secondary stress-relief heat treatment followed by precision machining to ensure excellent metallurgical integrity and long-term dimensional stability. The cast worktable structure provides exceptional rigidity and load-bearing capacity for demanding machining applications.
2. Movable Gantry:
The traveling gantry is fabricated from high-quality gray cast iron (HT250), providing exceptional structural rigidity and vibration resistance. The front section of the gantry is equipped with two ultra-heavy-duty linear rolling guideways, a precision ball screw assembly, and a high-performance servo drive system, forming the machine's Y-axis motion mechanism. The drilling and milling power head is mounted directly on the moving slide carriage. Gantry travel is achieved through servo-driven ball screw transmission via a precision coupling, ensuring smooth motion, high positioning accuracy, and reliable machining performance.
