Product Features
1. The control system is integrated with the 828D CNC platform and servo-driven feeding technology, ensuring exceptional production efficiency while maintaining consistent machining accuracy throughout the entire manufacturing process.
2. A servo-controlled automatic centering device is incorporated into the feeding support roller system, enabling efficient processing of workpieces with different sectional configurations and accommodating height variations ranging from 0 to 200 mm.
3. The equipment is designed to accommodate up to 25 punching dies of various diameters, offering convenient, efficient, and user-friendly die installation and replacement.
4. Material loading, punching, and unloading operations are fully automated, significantly reducing manual labor requirements while enhancing overall production efficiency.
5. Scrap materials are automatically discharged and collected, ensuring continuous operation and maintaining a clean and organized production environment.
6. The intelligent programming software supports direct import of drawings from AUTOCAD and DXF files generated by various CAD systems. Combined with an intuitive human-machine interface, it enables automatic generation of machining programs, reducing programming time and minimizing the risk of operational errors.
