1. Main Machine Body
The main machine assembly comprises a supporting base, machine bed, movable slide table, spindle headstock, upper workpiece clamping device, lateral clamping device, and linear tool magazine. 2. Cooling System
The drilling tools utilize an aerosol-based cooling and lubrication system that combines compressed air with cutting fluid. A flexible nozzle mounted on the spindle head allows the spray direction to be adjusted conveniently, ensuring effective and continuous cooling during drilling operations.
3. Lubrication System
The lubrication system combines centralized automatic lubrication with manual lubrication. The centralized lubrication unit delivers a controlled supply of lubricant to designated linear guideways and lead screws, ensuring adequate lubrication of critical moving components. Other lubrication points are serviced manually in accordance with the prescribed equipment maintenance procedures.
